Refund policy

🔁 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
  • The return must be made within a maximum of 14 days after notifying the withdrawal
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once the parcel has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, within a maximum of 14 days

📦 Unclaimed parcel at pick-up point

If a parcel is not collected from the pick-up point within the time limit set by the carrier, it will automatically be returned to the sender.

  • No automatic refund will be issued
  • The customer has 30 days after the parcel is returned to come forward
  • Two options will then be offered:
    • Reshipment of the parcel, at the customer’s expense
    • Refund of the product, minus the initial shipping costs and any return fees

Without any request from the customer after this period, the order will be considered abandoned.

⚠️ Defective product or issue upon delivery

If you notice a problem with a product (defective item, damaged, incorrect order, etc.), please contact us before making any return.

👉 Our customer service will review your request to provide the most appropriate solution:

  • product replacement
  • refund
  • or another suitable solution depending on the situation

No return should be made without prior approval from customer service.
