📦 Order Preparation

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding exceptional periods (high demand, public holidays, special operations).

Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods

Deliveries are handled by partner carriers selected for their reliability.

Available delivery options (home delivery, pick-up point, etc.) are offered at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

⏱️ Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and depend on the carrier and destination country.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond their control (strikes, weather conditions, peak periods, etc.).

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
They vary depending on the selected delivery method, parcel weight, and destination.

📍 Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing the order.

In case of an error or incomplete address resulting in the return of the parcel, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

📦 Unclaimed or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is not collected from a pick-up point or cannot be delivered (repeated absence, incorrect address), it will be returned to the sender.

In this case:

  • No automatic refund will be issued
  • The customer may request reshipment at their expense
  • A refund may be offered, minus shipping and return costs

📸 Damaged or Missing Parcel

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the parcel.

In case of a damaged, opened, or missing parcel:

  • The customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt
  • Photos of the parcel and products may be requested

After this period, no claims will be accepted.
